SPINNING: a 45 minute intense cardio
class on a bike. This class is proven to burn 500-800 calories
while you ride. We take the flat roads and the hills with
endurance. This class will get you leaner and improve overall body
tone. PLEASE NOTE YOU NEED TO SIGN UP AT THE FRONT DESK TO
ENSURE A BIKE FOR YOUR CLASS.
BOOT CAMP: 45 minutes to start your day. Must
be in some basic shape, because the drills and movements can be
intense.
SPIN: This is It! --- the most
addictive class available --- indoor cycling to music.
CARDIO MIX: Wow! This class will have
you working up a sweat with a great cardio workout combined with
core exercises and more!
PILATES: is based on the teachings of
Joseph Pilates. This mat class is a form of resistance training
that strengthens muscles and reduces tightness through precise,
demanding exercises and movements. Engages your powerhouse
(stomach muscles) throughout the class. You also develop a more
functional posture of the body.
STEP: Low impact, easy to follow, basic
step moves. 30 minutes of aerobic work followed by light
resistance training. Modifications are shown so that all levels
are welcome.
GROUP POWER: is your hour of power!
This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles
in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music
and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as
squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and
fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power.
GROUP KICK: brings it on! This electric
60 minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements will
kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and
shaping your body and self confidence! Energetic music, awesome
instructors and a group environment will keep you punching,
kicking and smiling! Group kick will knock you out!
INTERVAL ZONE: Take your workout to a
whole new level with INTERVALS!! This class combines intervals of
cardio with intervals of strength for calorie blaster!
BUTZ & GUTZ: This class says it
all. Targets your buttocks and your abdominal area with all lower
body workout to strengthen and slim down your body.
YOGA: Journey into this class for a
flow of energy mixed with relaxation. A traditional class with sun
salutations, downdogs warrior poses, etc. Learn to focus on your
body awareness with breath, movement and the energy you will
feel... We also use some props for modifications when necessary. A
Yoga mat is always good to bring to class. ALL LEVELS ARE
WELCOME!
YOGILATES: a class based on the teaches
of master Jonathan Urla. Combining the flexibility, balance, and
breathing of Hatha Yoga. You learn to hold your center along with
stretches for your spine and techniques to strengthen your
core-powerhouse. You will feel realigned, rejuvenated, and
energized.
HIP HOP FUSION: this class combines a
music style with jazz and funk that caters to all levels. A
routine is taught over a 4 week period to master the moves. Learn
the love of dance with lots of fun. BE FUNKY FIT!
MEN'S STRETCH: a class that targets a
mans physique to improve flexibility and help with posture and
improve overall agility in their bodies. A great way to start the
day.
STRENGTH: This total body class is a
group personal training class with weights to help improve
endurance and increase overall strength. WE TAKE IT TO THE
POINT OF FATIGUE WITH LOTS OF LUNGES, SQUATS AND UPPER BODY. ALL
LEVELS!
STEP & STRENGTH: high endurance cardio
moves with some step aerobics for high intensity intervals
throughout the class... GET READY TO CHALLENGE YOUR
CARDIOVASCULAR ENDURANCE!
